Recent projects of ours include operating the Avanza FC residency program in Barcelona, Camps and Academy operations in USA, Canada, China and Australia. Currently we organize & deliver Camps & Clinics in the USA from our partners: The Real Madrid Foundation and Rafa Nadal Tennis Academy. THE POSITION: Tennis Coach Miami Camp (March 21st- March 26th) The Avanza Sports is seeking a motivated, outgoing and dedicated candidate to become an integral part of our Rafa Nadal Academy team. You will be vital implementing on the court the methodology and training sessions of The Rafa Nadal Academy defined and leaded by the Rafa Nadal Academy Head Coach. Successful candidates will travel to different cities across the United States developing the camp program. The traveling team will generally consist of the Avanza Project Manager, Avanza Assistant Manager, and 7-8 Tennis Coaches. The RNA Staff will generally consist in 1 Head Coach, and 4-5 Tennis Coaches.

Responsabilidades

RESPONSIBILITIES (Including, but not limited to): ▪ Follow the guidelines of the Rafa Nadal Academy HC to ensure the inside the court aspect of the project is upheld at all times. ▪ Assist the HC during the tennis camp. ▪ Assist setting up and taking down all branding material on the field prior and at the end of each day. ▪ Assisting setting up and taking down the training area before and after sessions. ▪ Interact with staff, parents, and players in a helpful and respectful manner ▪ Follow the behaviour guideline on the field. ▪ Reporting to the Project Manager and RNA Head Coach.

Requisitos / Qué ofrecemos

SKILLS & ABILITIES ▪ Proactive and motivated individual with high passion about tennis. ▪ Ability to work with kids and adults. ▪ Leadership and attention to detail. ▪ Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish is an asset but not required). REQUIREMENTS ▪ Experience working as a tennis coach. ▪ Tennis proficiency as a player. ▪ First aid certification is a plus. COMPENSATION: ▪ Working hours: 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday. ▪ Travel, hotel, and food expenses covered. ▪ Salary: TBD ▪ Rafa Nadal Academy Uniform Kit.
