Internship - Corporate Partnerships Manager

After two decades of passionate and innovative work, our Wakatake project is at a key defining moment. We have managed to create, in an independent and autonomous way, the most influencial and impacful Japanese youth football development platform. Now, our team needs a "player" that understands our value, and leads the charge in identifying our potential ideal partners, and figuring out the strategy that aligns us working together as a team. For this position, we are looking for someone who will help us generate and refine our corporate partnerships and sponsorhips short, mid and long term strategy.

Responsabilidades

For this goal, you will need to be ready to demonstrate a high degree of leadership and autonomy. You will immerse yourself in a deep understanding of Wakatake's soul and essence, so you can later dive into a deep market research that will allow you to identify the most suitable potential partners for our organization. After this, you will then work hand in hand with our managing director and our club partners network, in the development of a plan that creates value for all stakeholders involved. Lastly, you will co-lead the efforts to try and achieve long lasting partnership agreements.

Requisitos / Qué ofrecemos

You will succeed in the position if: Your have previous experience in partnerships/ sponsorships ventures and projects. Additional experience in the fields of strategy, marketing, commercial and operations is a plus. Ideal skills: sensibility, orientation to detail, striving for excellence, creativity, negotiation, sales, strategic thinking and ability to create visual presentation elements as well as report writing. Other remarks: residence in Spain preferably in Madrid, C1 in english and remote working except for meetings and events. Possibility to travel if necessary and allowed by the university. What can we offer you? 6 months internship in an international company with a strong presence in the sports industry. With positive results and goals achieved, a long term projection and the possibility of extending the agreement will be possible. Remuneration: 300€ per month
