Recent projects of ours include operating the Avanza FC residency program in Barcelona, Camps and Academy operations in USA, Canada, China and Australia. Currently we organize & deliver Camps & Clinics in the USA from our partners: The Real Madrid Foundation and Rafa Nadal Tennis Academy THE POSITION: Project Manager The Project Manager is the main responsible of promoting the Real Madrid Foundations project and develops activities under the supervision of Project Director. One of the main responsibilities will be focusing on offering a high standard of customer service and ensure that the daily basis operations and the delivery of the program are performed according to the goals and standards.
Responsabilidades
CUSTOMER SERVICE: Direct responsible of the customer service. o Phone o Email o Personal Meetings o Follow Ups. LOGISTICS: Build the logistics of the camps to ensure that everything is ready upon arrival of the teams. o Field bookings o Storage bookings o Hiring process o Soccer equipment ACCOUNT MANAGER: Build relationship with local key stakeholders to achieve the goals and ensure the quality of the program. REGISTRATIONS: Keep a record of the daily registrations and promote actions to increase that number. Create reports on a weekly basis to the Project Director with the results. TEAM MANAGEMENT: Build a team to travel to the US to manage the logistics and operations of the camps. Develop training online to ensure that all the staff receive a formation prior to the event to run the camps according to the plan and the goals. MARKETING: Work alongside the marketing team to promote the camps. Came up with new marketing actions and supervise the implementation of it. Also supervise the web site content and social media content. COMPENSATION We will offer a fixed + variable compensation based on the candidate profile and experience. A training will be provided to the final candidate, as well as a manual and help to meet all the requirements stated above (*).
