With renowned content creators as club presidents, we propose to play sports with new and disruptive rules, all streamed live on social media.   ABOUT THE ROLE As a Business Intelligence Manager at KOSMOS, you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Business Intelligence (BI) team, collaborating with cross-functional departments, and implementing effective BI solutions to enhance the company's performance and competitive edge in the sports industry.

Responsabilidades

Main Responsibilities: 1.Data Strategy and Governance: ·       Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy aligned with business objectives. ·       Establish and enforce data governance policies, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security. 2.BI Solution Development: ·       Design and implement scalable and efficient BI solutions to extract insights from structured and unstructured data sources. ·       Utilize cutting-edge BI tools and technologies to create dashboards, reports, and visualizations that facilitate decision-making processes. 3.Stakeholder Collaboration: ·       Collaborate with key stakeholders across departments to understand their analytical needs and provide insights that drive business outcomes. ·       Act as a liaison between the BI team and other business units to ensure alignment and understanding of data-related initiatives. 4.Performance Monitoring and Optimization: ·       Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor the company's performance against these metrics. ·       Continuously optimize BI processes to enhance efficiency and relevance of insights provided to decision-makers. 5.Training and Development: ·       Provide training sessions and resources to empower end-users to leverage BI tools effectively. ·       Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating relevant advancements into the BI strategy.

Requisitos / Qué ofrecemos

Requirements: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field. - You have demonstrated at least 8 to 10 years of experience in data analytics and/or BI. - Advanced level of written and spoken English. - Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent. - Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and data modelling. - Excellent leadership, communication, influence and interpersonal skills. - Ability to translate complex data concepts into business insights for non-technical stakeholders. - Knowledge of sports industry trends and dynamics. - Proven experience in a managerial role within Business Intelligence or Analytics. - Experience with advanced analytics, machine learning, or predictive modelling. - Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
